Supreme Court denies Certification on defense verdict

On May 4, 2108, the New Jersey Supreme Court denied Certification of the Appellate Division's ruling in Udoh v. Enterprise Rental Car, Inc., et al. At trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of Enterprise and all defendants. This decision was affirmed by the Appellate Division on September 17, 2017.
