We are seeking an Associate Attorney admitted to the NJ Bar with 1-5 years of experience. We specialize in defending claims against municipalities, employment litigation, automobile negligence, insurance coverage issues, landlord/tenant, workers compensation and general litigation. The position primarily involves substantial litigation practice from inception through all stages of trial including court appearances, motion practice, depositions/ trials/appeals.

Responsibilities

Draft discovery, motions, prepare legal documents, legal research, briefs, court appearances, depositions and trial prep.
