Ms. Bauer is a 1996 graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
 

She began her paralegal career at O'Donnell, Kennedy and Vespole, LLP, in 1995.  Prior to working at Pfund McDonnell, P.C., she was employed by Harwood Lloyd from 1997-2002 and at Reiseman Rosenberg & Pfund from 2003-2010.
 

Ms. Bauer is experienced in assisting in all aspects of litigation from case inception through the discovery process and at trial.

Ms. Bauer earned her SHRM-CP Certification in May, 2021. She has demonstrated her ability to effectively perform HR duties & responsibilities in an operational capacity.
