On February 8, 2024, the Court dismissed all claims alleged in Rose v. Borough of Oakland, et al. against Borough of Oakland Zoning Board of Adjustment Member Vivian King. Plaintiff, a fellow Zoning Board of Adjustment Member, filed suit against Ms. King and the Borough alleging defamation and negligence. All claims were dismissed, and Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration was denied on April 29, 2024.
