On October 4, 2018, the Court dismissed all claims alleged in Ricci v. City of Hackensack, et al., against DPW Superintendent. Plaintiff, a DPW worker, filed suit against his supervisors and the City alleging breach of contract and a hostile work environment under the LAD. All claims were dismissed and Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration was denied.
