Appellate Division affirms Summary Judgment on LAD claims against City of Hackensack

On November 16, 2017, the Appellate Division affirmed the trial court's decision granting Summary Judgment to the City of Hackensack. In Brancaccio v. City of Hackensack, plaintiff, a firefighter employed by the City, alleged that he was discriminated against based on a perceived disability in violation of New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination. action against him by reassigning plaintiff to the Fire Prevention Unit.
