David J. Guzik joined Pfund McDonnell, PC in 2023. His practice focuses on litigation, particularly the defense of individuals, public entities, and businesses in a variety of contexts. He has experience in defending employment litigation matters, including discrimination and whistleblower claims. David also has experience defending premises liability and automobile claims. David’s practice involves all aspects of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, motion practice, and trial.

 

Prior to beginning his practice with Pfund McDonnell, Mr. Guzik served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bridget A. Stecher, in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. 

 

David is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. David is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.
