Appellate Division affirms Summary Judgment civil rights claims asserted under Title VII and LAD

On December 13, 2017, the Appellate Division affirmed the trial court's decision granting Summary Judgment to the Borough of Fair Lawn. In Kramarchuk v. Borough of Fair Lawn, an employee of the Borough alleged that Fair Lawn did not provide reasonable accommodations for

an alleged condition. Plaintiff brought claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Equal Protection, Due Process, Violations of ERISA, Violations of NJLAD and the Americans with Disabilities Act. All claims were dismissed as a matter of law.
